Transfer of property is a wide branch of law prevailing since nineteenth century and in India is regulated by
transfer of property act, 1882. The act came into force on 1st July 1882 and lays down provisions in context
of transfer or property and conditions involving transfers. "Move of property" as per the act signifies and
demonstrates by what way the individual passes on the property and comprehensively establishes all the
legal rights of a person in property.
