Mr. Anup Kumar Nagar, is founder & leading advocate & under whose supervision this law office is being functioning. Mr. Nagar is Bachelor of Science and Alumni of Indian Institute of Quality Management, Jaipur in Diploma in Export Management and Bachelor of Laws & is a young advocate of 40 years of age. Before entering into the legal world Mr. Nagar worked with corporate sector and endured his experience and expertise in corporate world for about 8 years. He is practicing as an advocate and conducting cases before various High Courts, NCLT’S, Tribunals, District Courts, Labour Courts and before various Quasi-Judicial Authorities across India and also handling two international Arbitration matters @ Singapore. Mr. Nagar apart from rendering legal services is also holding the post of Secretary of Haryana Labour Laws Practitioners Association and also associated with many NGO’s as Pro-bono. Mr. Nagar did his internship from the Chamber of Mr. S.S. Saini, Advocate and Mr. Rajendra Singhvi, (Advocate at Supreme Court) is the path finder and mentor of Mr. Nagar.
