CRIME AGAINST SCHEDULE CAST & SCHEDULED TRIBES

The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled extent and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is enacted to prevent the commission of offences of atrocities against the members of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes. The Act provides constitution of Special Courts for the trial of such offences and for the relief and rehabilitation of the victims of such offences. Such Courts are constituted in only few Districts. The Firm provides complete legal assistance including advising and drafting of legal instruments i.e. Petitions, Applications. The Firm also advises in relation to complex legal issues and also appears before the trial Court and Appellate Court.
